  • Supply and install  of unit, ducting and grills of Xpelair inline fan kit and additional fan switch mech to bathroom light switch . Run on timer for an additional €20.

  • Supplied and fitted, full demonstration after install. New install of TAPO 1080p full HD, colour night vision. Must have reasonable and safe access to proposed mounting point , and reasonable and safe access to ceiling space to connect power to the system. Additional €30 for 125g micro sd card for self monitoring and storage of data.
