Terms & Conditions

  • SECURITY CAMERA- €350 supplied and fitted, full demonstration after install. New install of TAPO 1080p full HD, colour night vision. Must have reasonable and safe access to proposed mounting point , and reasonable and safe access to ceiling space to connect power to the system. Additional €30 for 125g micro sd card for self monitoring and storage of data.

  • 1 BEDROOM DOWNLIGHTS* - € 240 supplied and installed,  2 x downlights & 1 x rotary dimmer switch 

  • 2 BEDROOM DOWNLIGHTS* - €450 supplied and installed,  2 bedroom package of 2 x downlights and 1 x rotary dimmer switch per bedroom of the same house.

  • LOUNGE 6 PACK* - €540 supplied and fitted, 6 x led downlights & 1 x rotary dimmer switch 

*All led Retrofit packs based off houses post 2005 build, with no obstructed roof/ attic access. These packages include the removal of a central pendant fitting and single switch and additional wiring to new lights and rotary dimmer switch . Patch & repaint prices available on request for hole left by old pendant fitting or a small cover can repair this for an additional €10.

  • BATHROOM FAN - €350 supply and install  of unit, ducting and grills of Xpelair inline fan kit and additional fan switch mech to bathroom light switch . Run on timer for an additional €20.

  • RING DOORBELL - € 225, supply and install of 1st gen RING video doorbell.  Standard replacement where existing wiring exists for standard bell push . If no existing wiring , add €50.

  • OUTDOOR DOUBLE SOCKETS - €125 regular , €165 WIFI controlled. Supply and install of back to back outside double socket , based off circuit having existing RCD protection at the fuse board . If no RCD at fuse board, additional charges will apply .

ALL PRICES ARE BASED OFF HOUSES BUILT POST 2005,  WITH REASONABLE UNOBSTRUCTED WORKING SPACE AND CLEAR ATTIC ACCESS . ADDITIONAL PRICES FOR PATCHING AND REPAINTING . ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS BEYOND WHATS LISTED HERE WILL BE DISCUSSED AND SIGNED OFF PRIOR TO WORK COMMENCING . ALL WORK WILL BE SCOPED AND AGREEMENT SIGNED BEFORE WORK BEGINS.
